Ingredients
- Wash potatoes. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Pierce w/ fork. Brush each potato w/ olive oil. Sprinkle w/ salt.
- Preheat oven to 400 and bake for approx 1 hr 15 min.
- Run knife lengthwise then sideways. Push ends to open potato.
