Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 2 to 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 chicken breasts (I used cooked grilled
  • subheading: chicken and added it in the end):
  • 6 cups Chicken Stock (I used bone broth)
  • ¾ cup orzo
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • A handful fresh dill or fresh oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to
  • taste
  • [ ] Heat Olive oil over medium heat in a
  • large pot & add celery, onion and carrots.
