Asparagus, Egg & Goat's Cheese Tart
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, plus 1 yolk
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1 bunch asparagus, halved lengthways and ends trimmed
  • 100g goat's cheese
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp dill and parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
