Breakfast Burrito Bowl (Healthy, Fast, and Easy Meal Prep!)

  • ½ tsp EACH kosher salt smoke paprika and garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning store bought or homemade
  • 8oz can tomato sauce
  • ½ C water

  • 2 eggs or ¼ cup egg whites
  • couple pinches of salt and pepper
  • avocado or olive oil cooking spray

  • Pico
  • Feisty green made with ff greek yogurt
