Shredded Chicken - meal prep
Crock Pot - Easy shredded chicken to use in a variety of recipes!
Time: 3-4 or 6-8 hours

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Chicken Breasts (About 4 Large)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • optional - Garlic Salt
  • (Needs more seasoning than listed)
Steps
  1. Add liner to crock pot
  2. Add chicken to crock pot
  3. Sprinkle with Onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder and poor in chicken broth
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours in the crockpot.
  5. Shred chicken using two forks
  6. Use now, store in fridge for 4 to 5 days or freezer for up to 2 months.
