Ingredients
  • Base
  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour or ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener (allulose/monk fruit may need more than 3 tbl))
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter unsweetened
  •  
  • Caramel
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • ½ cup granulated allulose or to taste (Swerve brown sugar works)
  • 1 cup coconut cream (not milk) or heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • (Can sub heavy cream for coconut and butter for coconut oil)
  •  
  • Chocolate topping
  • ½ cup dark chocolate 85% cocoa solids minimum or sugar free chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or 1 TBL for a hard topping)
