  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
