Ingredients
  • Diced onion
  • Diced garlic
  • 4 cups stock/broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce-I used mushroom soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 4 stirred eggs
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water-optional
Steps
  1. Sweat onions in a little butter then add garlic and stir for 1 minute
  2. Add next 7 ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil and while stirring add the eggs
  4. Add the spinach
  5. Add the cornstarch slurry if you choose

  • You can add leftover meats to this is you choose to
