MY Chinese Deep-Fried Garlic Pork Ribs
Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork ribs
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic minced (about 1 TBS)
  • 5 slices fresh ginger minced (about1 TBS)
  • 1.5 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • S&P to season meat (both sides)
  • Corn starch (adding more creates more crunch)
