Ingredients
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 ½ cup old fashioned oats (not instant, although it may work, I just haven’t tried it)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, room temperature
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate, which ever you prefer)
  • 5 ounces goat cheese (1 small log)
