Granny B's Soup Dumplings
The best soup dumplings I've ever had.

Servings: 4 to 6

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
Steps
  1. Heat milk with butter until melted.
  2. Once milk boils, remove from heat and add flour.
  3. (You may need to add more flour so consistency isn't too runny.)
  4. Add eggs one at a time and beat each separately. This is a very important step as dumb as it sounds!
  5. Bring soup of choice to a boil and drop by spoonfuls onto soup. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
