Spiced Mango and Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon flax meal
  • ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon five-spice (substitue with cinnamon)
  • dash of salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or another sweetener)
  • ¼ cup pureed mango (if pureeing is out of your way, use ½ cup of chopped mango and add an additional ¼ cup of coconut milk)
  • Chopped mango, to garnish
  • Sliced banana, to garnish
  • Coconut Flakes,to garnish
  • Granola, to garnish
