  • Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
  • 2 Large apples, cubed
  • 1 C quinoa, dried
  • 2 eggs of flax eggs
  • 2 C non-dairy milk, I use Pacific oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ΒΌ C Applesauce
  • scoop protein (optional, however excluding the protein the breakfast will lose about 7g of protein per serving)
  • tbsp pure maple syrup
