Parmesan Chicken and Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips. You can also use chicken tenders.
  • ½ cup panko, gluten-free if needed
  • ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
