  • 1 teaspoon Urfa pepper or red pepper flakes

  • Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 6 green onions
  • 3 ripe but firm Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
