Breakfast Egg + Cauliflower Protein Packed Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, plus more for greasing
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 lb ground beef, pork, bison, or turkey
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard powder
  • sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 5 cups frozen cauliflower rice (no need to thaw)
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
