  • 4.5 oz can diced green chiles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1⅓ cup evaporated milk *adjust amount based on how thick you want your cheese dip
  • 4 whole jalapenos
  • note: ptional garnish - additional sliced or diced jalapenos, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro
