Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices prosciutto
  • 2 to 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¾ cup dry Marsala
