  • 12 eggs (large, hard-boiled, peeled, quartered)
  • ½ onion (red, diced)
  • ½ bell pepper (green or red, seeded, diced)

  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon paprika (smoked, sweet, for sprinkling)
