  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup (345 g) smooth peanut butter

  • 1 package (8 oz/ 227 g) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sukrin Melis ( or Swerve Confectioners)
  • ⅛ teaspoon stevia glycerite
  • 1 ½ cups of the whipped cream, to be folded in
