Cauliflower and Broccoli Detox Salad
Ingredients
  • Broccoli Cauliflower Detox Salad
  • ½ Cauliflower  (shredded, or small chopped)
  • 3 to 4 Kale  (leaves, thin chopped)
  • ½ Cup Parsley  (fresh leaves, small chopped)
  • 2 to 3 Carrots  (shredded)
  • ¼ Cup Almonds  (raw, blanched, and peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Cranberries  (naturally dried, unsweetened, or use fresh pomegranate seeds)
  • 1 Broccoli  (head, shredded or small chopped )
  • subheading: Detox Salad Dressing:
  • 1 inch Ginger  (grated)
  • ½ tsp Oregano  (dried, or 1 tbsp fresh leaves)
  • 1 to 2 Lemon  (or lime, about 3 tbsp juice and ½ tsp zest)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp Honey  (only use raw natural honey)
