Low Carb Blackberry Clafoutis
Ingredients
  • 6 oz fresh blackberries, washed and dried
  • ⅓ cup granular cup-for-cup sugar substitute
  • 1 pinch powdered stevia (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large whole eggs, room temperature
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 cup cream, heavy whipping
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
