  • 125g smooth Biscoff spread
  • 2Tbsp vegan butter or margarine
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • subheading: For the butterscotch sauce:
  • 180g dairy-free cream, such as coconut or soy
  • 80g brown or coconut sugar
  • 2Tbsp vegan butter or margarine
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • subheading: To decorate:
  • gold lustre powder
