  • ⅓ cup chicken broth or stock
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes or ¼ for less spice
  • 1 ½ tsp arrowroot or tapioca flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
