  • 1lb oil (for deep-frying chicken)
  • 0.50tbsp oil (to begin stir-frying; can use oil reserved from deep-frying)
  • 1tbsp oil (to be added during stir-frying; can use oil reserved from deep-frying)
  • 1tsp oil (to finish stir-frying; can use oil reserved from deep-frying)
  • 1pinch sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
